In 1998, the payments industry was undergoing a revolution of change, slowly moving from paper to electronic payments. It was a huge ground floor opportunity for a couple of entrepreneurs – Di Princell and her son Kasey Princell - who wanted to create exceptional payment services.

Why the Frog?
People always ask why we chose a frog to represent a hi-tech payments company. In the beginning, our BounceBack check recovery service debited funds from the check writer’s account and credited money into our client’s account. Somehow, “Deb-it, Cred-it” became a frog chant around the office and before long our company logo was hatched. We are now recognized as the Frog Company!
