Personally Identifiable Information
The information we collect may include personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, name, address, phone number, bank account information, email address, and Social Security numbers (collectively referred herein as “Customer Information”) to provide CFSI products and services. CFSI cares greatly about the sensitivity of the information that you share with us and believes that protecting that information is one of the most important responsibilities of CFSI.
Information Collected by CFSI Website
CFSI collects, retains, and uses information from activity on CFSI Websites to administer CFSI’s business and provide high-level services to our Customers. CFSI retains information no longer than necessary to meet such objectives. All information voluntarily submitted by users visiting the CFSI Website, becomes the property of CFSI, with such submission acknowledging and consenting to CFSI’s authority to use, retain and/or provide the Customer’s name, address or other information for advertising, promotional or other business purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Clients who do not want CFSI to use their information for CFSI’s marketing efforts, may opt out by contacting CFSI and requesting to be removed from their marketing lists.
Accuracy of Information
CFSI has established procedures so that its Customers’ information is accurate, current and complete, in accordance with reasonable commercial standards. Any request to correct inaccurate information will be responded to within a timely manner. CFSI’s Customers have the right to know what information is kept about them and how the information is used. Our Customers have the right to have any inaccurate information corrected or deleted by notifying CFSI at ContactUs@FollowTheFrog.com
Protection of Customer Information
CFSI maintains rigorous security standards and procedures to protect Customer Information from unauthorized access as required by applicable laws. All employees of CFSI are trained about the importance of privacy and confidentiality of Customer Information and only those employees having legitimate business needs are permitted access to Customer Information.
Providing Information to Third Parties
As permitted by law, CFSI may provide Customer Information to third parties only when:
- the information is used to complete an authorized, Customer-initiated transaction;
- a consenting Customer requires it;
- the disclosure is required by law; or
- It is necessary to process transactions and provide CFSI services.
If it is necessary to provide Customer Information to a trusted third party for services permitted by applicable laws, CFSI shall insist that the trusted third party adhere to similar privacy principles that provide for keeping such information confidential and secure.
